1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@luminaoutlet.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Shipping Costs:
